#1 - Hospitality Tent is 20x40. Power, tap water included. Up to 4 Tables per sponsor slot available for Branding are included but number of tables and placement are determined by event staff. Sponsor Shared Buffet Style Craft Services are included, but you may provide your own craft services in your sponsor area.
#2 - Everywhere includes, Entrance/Exit of entire Venue, Top of Stage, Family area, Shout out from the stage each day, beer garden, website, all advertising and on Event T-Shirts. You must provide a banner no larger than 4x10 for the Hospitality Tent. We can provide a banner for an additional cost of $200.
#3 - You must notify event staff whether your banner is horizontal or vertical. There are a limited number of horizontal locations available and are assigned on a first come, first served basis by event staff. You must provide a banner no larger than 3x5 horizontal or vertical at least one week prior to event day. We can provide a banner for an additional cost of $100.
#4 - You provide a digital logo suitable for print to fill a space no larger than 5x5. This is for placement on the Stage Banners, Beer Garden Banners and other Event Signage.
#5 - There are a limited number of Vendor spaces with power. If power is required, you must notify us so we can make arrangements for you. There is a $50 charge for power (1x110v 2 outlet socket). Generators are NOT allowed. You must provide a canopy, table and chairs. Location chosen by event staff. Similar vendors will not be located together unless requested with the exception of food vendors. Food vendors will be located together in the food court area.
#6 - If category exclusivity is desired (only car dealership, only Pizza company, etc.…), please contact us to discuss further. There is a 20% discount on multiple Sponsorship Levels, Vendor Spaces and Banners. Discount is applied to the lowest sponsorship level chosen.
#7 - There are 4 sponsor slots per ride. You may choose which ride to sponsor based on available slots and are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Vendor Specific - Food and other vendors make pack-up starting at 8pm. The City of Ojai requires all vendors to have a business license. Event Promoters require liability insurance as well. Spin Cycle Presents and Veterans Independence Foundation need to be listed as an additional insured.
VIP Package Includes - One Day Event Pass w/ Reserved Seat, Access to Hospitality Tent, Free Food and Drink while in the Tent, Meet and Great and Event T-Shirt. This does not give you access to "Performer Only" areas.
Important - Should the event capacity be reduced in size by the State of California, the County of Ventura or the Foundation by more than 51%, you will be given a full refund.
